Direct trade since 2018. We pay 30–60% above the C-market, publish the FOB price on every bag, and go back to the same three farms every year.

Why January

Because that is when the Ethiopian washed lots are on the drying beds and the Colombian harvest is being milled, and because a contract signed over a cupping table in Yirgacheffe is a different thing from one signed over email.
