Eight seats at the counter, twelve in the back, and a window onto the Giesen. Open from eight, every day except Sunday when we start at nine.
The batch brew goes on at 07:50 and is remade every thirty minutes until close. The espresso is dialled in before the doors open and re-checked after the first ten shots, because the grinder does not care about your schedule.
If you sit at the counter someone will ask what you drank last. That is not a script — it is how the coffee gets better.
Four minutes on foot from Aristotelous Square, on the quiet side of Ladadika. Parking garage at Doxis 7, two euros an hour, validated for anyone attending a class.
