A specialty coffee roastery and eight-seat brew bar in Ladadika, Thessaloniki. Three farms, visited every January. Every kilo roasted on the Giesen behind the glass.
Three coffees on rotation at the bar, refreshed every Monday morning.

Stelios trained in Australia, Anneke roasted in Utrecht, and both of them fell hard for the people behind the cherries. We buy from the same three farms every year, visit each January, and roast every kilo on the W6A in front of you.
Anneke handles the lighter Africans, Stelios the Brazils. When we disagree — and we do, often, in writing — we cup.
Three plans, all roasted to order on the Tuesday or Thursday immediately before shipping. Pause, skip or cancel whenever you like.
250g of a rotating single origin, every two weeks. Free shipping over €25. The plan most of our 380 subscribers are on.
Two 250g lots a month, chosen by Anneke — usually one comfortable coffee and one that argues with you. Free shipping.
500g of a body-rich blend tuned for milk, every three weeks. Free shipping.
Eight seats at the marble counter, twelve more in the back room, and a window straight onto the roaster. We pour V60, Kalita, AeroPress and a Modbar espresso flow.
Pastries come from Estrella next door, the oat milk is Oatly Barista, and there is tap water with every cup whether you ask for it or not.

Direct trade since 2018. We pay 30–60% above the C-market and print the FOB price on every bag we sell.

Eleven people roast, pour, pack and answer the phone. These four you will meet first.

I have been ordering the Brew Bar at Home subscription since 2021. The Konga that arrived last Tuesday was the best filter coffee I have ever brewed at home — Stelios texted me the recipe and it was spot on.
Origin reports, brew guides and the occasional argument about water.

Four minutes on foot from Aristotelous Square, on the quiet side of Ladadika. Parking garage at Doxis 7, two euros an hour, validated for anyone attending a class.
